The copy of artist Barbara Bagenal (ne Hiles): a member of the Bloomsbury Group (alongside her friend from the Slade, Carrington), Bagenal met Picasso when travelling in France alongside her partner Clive Bell at the end of the 1950s - her journal of this including the note 'P kissed me!'.With a 7pp. introductory 'Homage' by the artist and Bagenal's mutual friend, Roland Penrose.
