'chaos & fireflies' is an entirely self written collection of poems and is, what I calI, a story of stories. Each poem, in isolation, brings a new story, a new element to the broader overarching storyline. The book has everything, infatuations, heartbreaks, bawling eyes, anxiety, depression, death, hope, existential crisis, love, shadowing smiles, and whatever you like. The poet, Shakeb, undertakes poetry as a form of storytelling through characters like Jacob and Andrea aka Jen trying to convey all sorts of emotions and challenges humans come across, and wants the readers to just smile, cry and faint through the pages of the book.
