The Citizen Card or Badlands letter is still doubted by many people today as having been generated by the real Zodiac Killer. However, as the information in this book will prove, this letter indeed comes from the true Zodiac Killer. The Zodiac killer even reveals his name in the decrypted letter. The letter again reveals the dark sense of humor used by the Zodiac Killer. The Zodiac Killer may have sent the letter because, in part, he is no longer the center of attention and is aware that his media exposure is dwindling. However, the decryption of the letter messages reveals that the Zodiac Killer had additional purposes for writing this letter.
