Man kann gewiss Bedenken tragen, unsre heutigen politischen Zust�nde, unser heutiges politisches System f�r vollkommen zu halten. Die Politik 'von heute ist in der Tat noch zu sehr Machtpolitik und noch zu wenig Kulturpolitik, um auch nur im entferntesten als eine ideale Politik bezeichnet werden zu k�nnen. Und wenn auch das Streben nach Macht von der Politik wohl auf immer unzertrennbar sein wird, so sollte die Macht doch stets nur ein Mittel, niemals aber der Selbstzweck einer vernunft gem�ssen Politik sein.
