Godesberger instruktion von 1819 verschiedene Verbesserungen erfahren hatten, wurden zun�chst die Messungen unter prenssischer Herrschaft weitergef�hrt, nach dem das linke Rheinufer durch die Siege der verb�ndeten M�chte in den Jahren 1813 - 1815 den Franzosen wieder abgenommen worden war.
