Daniel George Morhofens Unterricht von der Teut schen Sprache und Poesie, Kiel 1682, 2. Au?. Lübeck und Franckfort 1702, erwähne ich hier nur wegen seines Strebens, griechische und lateinische Worter auf deutsche zurückzufiiren, so z. B. 315911 auf Thür, "auf: auf mit, 591: auf Röthe. "das Haar wird bei den Griechen i'35: ga genannt, ist das rechte Niederländische Wort mit dem Ar tioulo _het hayr. (s. 133) "wernau aus so vielen Enem peln gleichwohl nicht schließen wollte, daß die Griechi sche und Lateinische von dem Teutschen und den ihnen verwandten Sprachen zum theil ihren Ursprung genommen, und vermeinte, daß diese Gleichheit so von ungefähr komme, der hat gar keine Fähigkeit von diesen Dingen zu ur theilen.
