Wir werden gleich der Frage nähertreten' ob nicht auch zu der Zeit, aus der sie uns bezeugt ist, der Urkunde in anderer Weise Vollstreckbarkeit beigelegt werden konnte. Ist sie zu bejahen, so darf man die von dem Urteil absehende Formulierung vielleicht als die ältere ansehen. Aber es ist hierbei zu vieles unsicher, als daß man auch nur eine Vermutung aussprechen könnte.
