"You've Been Here Before: Poetics of the Individuation Process" is a journey through the individuation process as a young adult in the 21st century. A century in which chaos, confusion and the dissolution of world-views, first principles and good ideas hums fatefully on. The task of this work is to give voice to the unconscious voices, visions, images, characters and ideas we meet along the way to becoming who we are and fulfilling our unique, individual destiny. Inspired deeply by depth psychology, philosophy and alchemy, this work is intended to show the reader the highs and lows, the shadow and the light in plumbing the depths of one's psyche to discover who one is - knowing, deeply and intuitively, that some how, some way, we've been here before.
