Concession operations at Yosemite National Park include visitor services encompassing a hotel, other lodging, camping, dining, and purchase of supplies, groceries, and souvenirs. The purpose of the preposed concession contract is to reorganize the concession facilities in the manner described in the Concession Services Plan and the Housing Plan. This will require demolition, construction, and the rehabilitation of both historic and non-historic facilities. It may cost as much or more than $100 million over the life of the 15-year concession contract.
