Word-Conjuring is a book translated from Bengali by the author. The name of the original Bengali title is 'Shabdoprokriyakoron'. When the original version came out in the Kolkata International Book Fair of 2008, it was received as quite unique a collection. Firstly because of the content and the format of the book. Secondly, there was a unique painting in each copy so that every individual gets a different experience altogether which is quite uncommon in history of publication. However, this English version does contain only two artworks of the series; one on the cover and one inside with the copy of the original version. Yes, this version includes a copy of the original version full of cut-ups and collages.
