Often, we struggle to articulate and reflect on these lessons, these pieces of wisdom, until they're presented in a simple and digestible format, like a mental cookie.
The seven branches in this book each contain seven segments drawn from a variety of random sources and experiences that may be out of their original context. With this structure in mind, this book is not designed to be read cover to cover. It is a guide, a perspective, a broad set of concepts laid out in isolation. Some of which might matter more to you than anything, and many of which will not matter to you at all. For this reason, we suggest reading the introduction and scanning the contents for what calls to you. Only amongst the layers, may the right piece at the right time find you.
