Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from With the Yacht and Camera in Eastern Waters
I have a word of apology to offer to my tourist readers, who may be inclined to think that I have divided my book into too many chapters. As a matter of experience, I have found that on board every yacht, the guests invariably bring with them a large number of books to read, as they are likely, they think, to have much time on their hands. They certainly have plenty of time, but, as a rule they read very little, the truth of the matter being, that there are so many passing interests on board every vessel, that continuous reading is very difficult.
