This book is about my past work experiences. Who has the better rights, the customer or the one who serves? We tend to set ourselves with a high standard not knowing what others are expecting. WE think we are perfect. Learn to accept our own mistakes. Learn to agree to disagree and know when to back off. Listen and try to understand each other to avoid conflict. Losing is winning and failing is succeeding in certain conditions. When we lost a fight, we tend to burn the bridge, take a look at the other side then cross that bridge. Forget the painful memories and learn to love yourself. Always be grateful.
