This list includes the following areas of your grocery store: -Refrigerated -Frozen Foods -Shelf Stable: aisles with canned and pantry items -Produce: vegetables and fruit -Meats and Seafood These foods are widely available at any, ordinary grocery store. Use this list as your default grocery list. Come back to it if you have an interruption in your life that causes weight gain or symptoms to flare that need brought back under control. Reintroduce foods only after you feel well again or have returned to your healthy weight.
