"We Are Young," written by indie pop band fun. in collaboration with producer Jeffrey Bhasker, was already a massive hit as a result of its feature on the television show Glee before it exploded to global popularity with the release of fun.'s second studio album in 2012. It quickly raced to No. 1 on the charts and is now a worldwide favorite. This Big Note Piano arrangement by Carol Matz is much easier to play than the original sheet music edition. It retains the song's original recorded key of F, but the melody is simplified by using primarily eighth and quarter notes, and avoids the use of sixteenth notes, with very few exceptions where necessary. The right hand melody is accompanied by very basic chord patterns in the left hand. Complete lyrics and chords are included.
