The revised edition 2011 of the law of service contracts in the Staudinger is presented in three volumes. In addition to commentary on the diverse types of service contracts, the overall context of employment contract law is systematically presented by means of comprehensive assessment of current legal literature and up-to-date case law. Particular attention should be drawn to the unique overview of collective employment law.
