this is vol. 18 of how I deal with my PTSD. It contains both poetry and short stories. "Snake Riddles" because snake was my code name in special forces as a sniper. Riddles because often in my poetry there is a message, usually positive, and a few readers have told me they enjoyed finding it. I hope you consider purchasing my book and it may help family members get an idea what a loved one might be thinking as they have a episode. So, I guess you could call it a self-help book as well.
