Publisher's Synopsis
Volume 13 of my book is more war poems dealing with PTSD and coping skills I have developed. My hope is to help other vets with PTSD and their families to understand and cope with this deadly disease, where suicide becomes a real threat. But, by families understanding this disease, especially how it effects how the person thinks and acts, the thought of suicide can be dealt with as I have for a extended period of time. to be simply put, I talk about suicide so I won't perform the action. By bringing the thought to the surface, I can face it, see it, and realize it is not the answer and will not solve my problems or my loved ones problems.
