As its title suggests, this book is intended to give exhaustive information on virus infections and diseases occurring in ruminants. Each virus and corresponding disease is described in a separate chapter, and the chapters are ordered according to current virus classification. Contributing authors are experts on the virus and disease they describe. Where necessary, the text is accompanied by tables and pictures. The accent is placed on diagnosis of the disease by clinical observations including epizootological data.
