Recruited by the group after killing his persecutory neighbor, Victor Dickens finds himself residing in a fully furnished apartment, free of charge. Assisting in the Silent Minority's efforts to bully the world's bullies, he visits abusive jocks and fear-mongering celebrities. Interacting with fellow introverts Beth and Orson, for the first time in his life, Vic attains friendship. But all is not well in the Silent Minority.
