Publisher's Synopsis
The newspaper labeled them 'The Elizabeth Murders' after the greatest serial killer of all time, the Hungarian, Erzsebet (Elizabeth) Bathory. A small town police chief is finding bled-out bodies all over Hellam, Pennsylvania. The City of York police department comes in on the case but is getting nowhere. The York County coroner is baffled. It is when the Avi Asher team comes into the picture that progress is made in the case. Avi brings together The Vampire Task Force from his days as a Philly ADA. They go on the hunt for the Elizabeth Bathory copy-cat.
