I am concerned about thhe processed food industry. I feel we are cosntantly pushed towards using more and more ingredients which are "manufactured".
Whilst I appreciate the desperate need for alternative, ealthy foods and recognise the nutritional value of many meat alternatives, I still believe in drawing a line at canned vegetables and I wholeheartedly endorse the use of as many seasonal fresh vegetables as possible This collection of recipes aims to address the shortage of alternative, delicious meals which are very easy to make and can be throughly enjoyed.
