Circuit, to be held at the City of San Francisco, in the State of California, on the 20th day of January, 1933, pursuant to an order allowing an appeal filed and entered in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the United States, in and for the Southern District of California, in that certain suit being in law No. 8042 - 0 Criminal, wherein Western Surety Company, a corporation, is de fendant and appellant, and you are plaintiff and appellee to show cause, if any there be, why the Decree rendered against said appellant as in the said order allowing appeal mentioned, should not be corrected, and speedy justice should not be done to the parties in that behalf.
Witness, the Honorable George Cosgrave, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Cali formia, this 23d day of December, A. D. 1932.
