Yvolf N otter might have the right of accepting the entire quantity contracted for or any portion less than the entire quantity contracted for a reduction in price, which reduction should be equal to the dif ference in the market value of the said hops ten dered under the contract and the market value of such hops at the time of the execution of the con tract.
