Order Extending Time to File Record in U. S. Cir cuit Court of Appeals Under Writ of Error [dated March 23, Good cause appearing therefor, it is ordered that the time of the plaintiff in error in the above-entitled cause within which to file with the Clerk of U. S. Cir cuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, the certified record on Writ of Error sued out therein, be and the same is hereby extended to and including the 3lst day of March, 1908.
