When sending positive messages, you will end up thinking positevly and optmisitically. Most people don't undersand this science, but it is very simple. If you look at things positevly, your subconscious mind will make you think positevly and vice versa. The subconscious mind is also responsible for your help. If you are too stressed, it records your stress and affects your health. It has even been studied that if you tell patients that you are giving them medicines for their illness when, in fact they are just taking sugar pills, most of them will admit they are feeling better. That is the power of the subconscious mind. It can help your health as well. You just simply need to learn how to use your subconscious mind for your benefit.
