The authors of this book have been either China's most important political leaders (such as Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao) or its government agencies in charge of the Cross-strait relations. At the end of this book, the articles of the ECFA (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement) and its Early Harvest List are also provided. About the editor Luc Guo (Guo Changlei) was born in Jiangsu province, China during the 1980s. He accomplished his educations in Xuzhou (Jiangsu province), Zhengzhou (Henan province) as well as in Beijing.
