This is the second half of the Book of the Watchers which is found in 1 Enoch. The first half of the book dealt with Enoch's interaction with the Watchers (see Genesis 6). The second half is Enoch's tour of Heaven. Enoch offers his description and warning to us, his children, about what happens to the righteous and the sinners upon death. This book was ready by the Christian church until the 600s CE when it was banned. Hebrews have been ready this book for centuries.
