The chair named Messrs. Foresman, Oliver, and Barnes, a committee on credentials of members and delegates, when, on motion, the name of Mr. Musselman was substituted for that of Mr. Oliver, who was released, with permission to call a meeting of the Committee on the Apiary during the session of the Board.
