This is a book of repentance for the people of earth. In it I give decrees of instruction, guidance and repentance and I write about how to rebel against me, but I caution against it because the insurrection might be a long way off.
In this book I continue to call people to repentance and explain people's misconceptions of extradimensional beings and life, the further experiences in the place you do not believe in, the TetraSphere and make note of the dreams I have been having with people around the world.
