This book is a reprint of a vintage report that examines turnaround operations for orbital transfer vehicles (OTVs), including both ground and space-based processing. It describes potential shuttle sorties to test OTV processing activities in orbit. It is the Technology Development Plan, Volume III of the Final Report entitled "Turnaround Operations Analysis for OTV," originally published in 1988, and submitted to NASA by the Space Systems Division of General Dynamics. About 120 pages long with many diagrams and illustrations. This report is reprinted for historical and research purposes only. It is Volume 4 of a new series of reprints from Mooncat Collectibles called "Space Dreams of the 1980s." Each reprinted report focuses on an aspect of space transportation architecture (space infrastructure) as imagined during the 1980s.
