Top Down Management believes that without a highly structured system with clear rules that are enforced chaos will arise. Political parties attract people who favor a Top Down Management style because such people want power and control. The characteristics of Top Down management are seen in most forms of Govt. -Manipulation of media, regulations, centralized Govt, low productivity, low wages with the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. In a chaos style of Govt, freedom come from lack of Govt control. Followers will try to strike a balance between too many regulations and not enough regulations.
