Publisher's Synopsis
The Arctic is melting, exposing new areas for exploration and exploitation. Ross joins a group of scientists who want to protect the newly discovered areas before they are destroyed by drilling and mining operations. Choosing to go to the arctic north with the handsome and charismatic Dr. Nils Ryeng instead of visiting Jack on the Indian ocean, Ross unwittingly runs into trouble once again. This time though, Jack, Si and Sam are thousands of miles away. Trapped out on a boat, surrounded by freezing water, can Ross escape the Spartans a second time?
