Book Art by Daniéla Vainio Triangles, Crosses and Other Meanings is inspired by Man's Searching The Meaning (Victor Frankl,1946), which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positively about, and then immersively imagining that outcome. Vainio shares her visual journey from depression to searching the meanings in life. She aimed to find the purpose in everyday life, capturing triangles, crosses and other meanings. This book art piece can also be used in therapy and personal diary. Daniéla Vainio is Finnish artist working across performance and lens-based media to explore the role of the philosophy and human behavior in the 21th century. She uses mainly the social media, installations and live-performance as her platform to experiment the human nature in the environment of digitalisation and neo-capitalism.
