The Quebec Bridge has been fully described in illustrated addresses and in papers before Headquarters in Montreal as well as before the great majority of the Branches.

On November 22nd. 1917, Mr. C. N. Monsarrat, Past vice-president, gave an illustrated address at Headquarters, dealing generally with the whole structure and particularly with the details of the substructure. The text of this address is incorporated in the present volume on pages 1 to 16 inclusive.
