Admiral henn. Mr. Chairman, we certainly support your legisla tive proposal for radars on towing vessels. We would hope that the Congress would give the Coast Guard the ?exibility to establish the standards for the radars to insure that we have the proper type of radar on these vessels, and if we have that ?exibility, sir, we will establish those.
Mr. Tauzin. We want to look at the language of our legislation to make sure that it will do the job.
