Publisher's Synopsis
Learn to Write & Handwriting Practice with the AUDITORY, TACTILE & TRACING APPROACH
Touch & Write is a child-friendly approach to writing and incorporates a multi-sensory approach to teach letter formation. The ATT Approach makes use of different modalities so that learning occurs in multiple pathways to the brain. With three ways to learn, children are sure to build and retain the fine motor skills needed for writing.
Touch & Write uses an AUDITORY PATHWAY: Sing a Song for Letters! Children will have fun singing the catchy tune as they practice each letter.
A TACTILE & KINESTHETIC approach. Learning occurs in an additional pathway in the brain, and children learn and retain the movements needed to form the letters. This additional pathway also addresses reversals, letter orientation and can help with dyslexia.
Tracing using LETTER SHAPE FAMILIES. They learn letters faster and retain them longer when letters with similar movements are taught together.
Many additional Tactile Approach Ideas included! Give them a head start with the ATT no tears, child-friendly approach.
