We are here today at the Main Auditorium of the Wayne Com munity College in Goldsboro, North Carolina, at the request of our friend and colleague, Congressman Martin Lancaster. This public field hearing is to discuss the tobacco program and to give people from this area an opportunity to make pertinent questions about the way the program is working and the problems that it is having or any other matters of concern to them regarding the tobacco pro gram.
