The Edmonds name has been connected with the baking tradition in New Zealand for 125 years. Many of the recipes included in this new cookery book from Edmonds were first published in the original Edmonds Cookery Book, but the book also features recipes established as New Zealand favourites through many of the Edmonds cookbooks published since then. It contains approximately 170 recipes, including scones, muffins, buns and loaves, cakes, biscuits, slices and squares, as well as puddings and pastry and sections on jams and preserves, and icings.
