Emma Porter lives a quiet single life, working and hanging out with her brother Nate and her dog Boomer. All that changes suddenly one day, when her brother is killed in a tragic accident. She doesn't know how she can go on without him. Her life takes a sudden turn when she discovers her brothers ex-girlfriend is pregnant with his child. Now Emma decides she must devise a plan so she can be a part of his baby's life. While doing so, she meets the man of her dreams who helps her to gain custody of this child.
