Simon Brockhurst is 30 years old and seems to have lost his magical abilities. His memory of his adventures in the Place Beyond is fragmented. He has lost both Holly his wife and Theo his familiar. Now trouble is arising, a new and terrible threat and Simon has to try and recover what he has lost and discover what that threat might be. An adventure of science fantasy in which the science is as vital as the mythological parts of the story. The adventures of Simon Brockhurst continue and the stakes could not be higher.
