The House has zeroed out the Office of the Surgeon General, which is really in response to a confirmation hearing of Dr. Henry Foster, whose only failing, alleged failing, was that he had per formed medical procedures authorized by the Constitution of the United States.
And there were many claims made on other matters, but that is what that issue boiled down to. And there has been really an as sault on the women's right to choose, from A to Z.
