Excerpt from Thirtieth Report (First Biennial) Of the State Board of Health of the State of Connecticut: For Two Years Ending September 30, 1908
The eight regular quarterly meetings required by law have been held and two special meetings. The minutes given in another place set forth fully what was done. These meetings have all been well attended; there was always a quorum pres ent and many times the entire Board.
The Monthly Bulletin, as heretofore during the past twenty-two years, has been issued on the fifteenth of each month except when that day came on Sunday. This bulletin gives an abstract of the mortality reports of the State, the num ber and kind of infectious diseases, if any, occurring in the various towns, and comments on matters of sanitary interest in the State, together with a summary of the meteorological conditions prevailing during the month.
