Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Thirteenth Census of the United States, 1910, Bulletin: Population: United States; Abstract State of Birth of Native Population
It is obvious that the statistics in Table 2 showing the number of persons living outside of the state of birth at a given census do not represent the total number of persons who have migrated from the state of birth during any given period of time. Some of those who have migrated have died, and the statis tics show only those living at the time of enumeration, who may be brie?y described as surviving migrants.
Interdivisional migration - Table 3 shows the differ ence between the total number of native Americans living in each of the nine geographic divisions and the total number born in each division as reported at the census Of 1910.
