As a coach of more than 30 years, I have eclipsed the 10,000-hour rule two and half times and have been challenging individuals from all walks of life to transform their lives. My approach to lifelong positive change is cultivated from my foundation in Christ and extensive professional experience building champion athletes at all levels of competition including; the National Football League, United States Figure Skating Association, United States Boxing Association and USA Track and Field. Through this process I have developed keen insight into what is necessary to foster a true champion both on and off the field. I have adapted these insights into comprehensive strategies that help individuals, businesses, teams and corporations reach their full potential. I have been a believer longer than I have been a high-performance coach/human performance specialist. Throughout this time, I have watched many Christians, with victory insight, settle for mediocrity. Ephesians 6:12 informs us that we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. This is a battle that takes place daily. What many of us don't realize is that in many instances this fight is found in our "thought life" and can also be found in our daily habits, practices, rituals and routines.
