Publisher's Synopsis
The essential tool for synthetic organic chemists is now more up to date than ever. This volume represents an important departure from tradition: from 1997 we will be publishing two volumes a year, instead of a single yearbook, so that readers will always have the key developments in the field right on hand. Volume 51 contains abstracts and supplementary data from papers published mainly in the latter half of 1995 and the first half of 1996. The style and format remain the same, but the volume of data is approximately half that of the last yearbook.
