Ten generations after the Zombie Apocalypse, mankind has lost so much technology that they live a stone-age existence. Anna, a tough, resourceful girl of nineteen, is the last survivor of a scavenging expedition. She is saved from the zombie horde by Hunter, a craggy, old nomad who has survived for decades in the midst of the zombie infested no man's land.
