This volume applies the principles and paradigm set forth in the first two volumes of the "Rethinking Bretton Woods" series, to the IMF, thus commencing the necessary discussion on how to move the international monetary system toward stability and sustainability in the 21st century. The consensus that the present non-system needs change goes unchallenged.
