In forming the Communist Workers' International, it is important to clearly explain the revolutionary battle of the proletariat, which is revealed in quite a new light by the Russian and German revolutions. We cannot do this better than by comparing the strength of the opponents of counterrevolutions with the strength of the proletariat in the light of the Russian and German revolutions. Such a comparison will clearly demonstrate the correctness of the program of the Communist Workers' International, and the necessity for its existence.
