Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from The Wonderful Spring, and Other Poems
The Wonderful Spring.
(The Webster Salt Sulphur.)
"He sendeth His springs into the valleys which run among the hills, - Psalms 104: 10.
Have you heard of the wonderful Addison Spring,
On the bank of the Elk where the Sycamores cling,
Where the story of ages is borne on the breeze,
That sighs through the boughs of the sycamore trees?
Here the words of the Psalmist the grateful heart sings -
"Into vales among hills he sendeth his springs."
